Problem Solver

About Me

I have lived and breathed the medical device industry for over 15 years. I started in the industry by remanufacturing CT equipment and have since progressed into multiple leadership positions including a Manufacturing Engineer, Supplier Quality Lead Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Lead Hardware Integrator, Lead Program Integrator, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Project Manager taking on greater responsibility with each role. I have taken products from concept, to minimal viable product (MVP), through commercial release. I have found that program management and delivering products to customers is my calling. The industry continues to evolve with new technologies to improve patient care and I want to be part of delivering these life changing technologies.

My experience in engineering has given me a strong foundation in design, problem-solving and attention to detail, which has been valuable in working collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver medical devices. In addition to my technical expertise, I have extensive experience in

program management, product management, and conversion optimization. I use these skills to identify market opportunities, evaluate risks and trade-offs, and drive programs that align with the company's strategic goals and exceed customer expectations.

I have also had the opportunity to mentor engineers and program leaders helping them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This has allowed me to refine my leadership skills and gain a deeper understanding of the product development process. By having experienced the entire product lifecycle and customer journey, I am able to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve the product experience. As a product leader, I am committed to driving innovation and delivering products that exceed our customers' and the patients expectations.
